Yummy and a delightful dessert, not only for kids but for all
Steps
- 1
Pour the orange juice in a heavy bottom saucepan and add the sugar in it
- 2
Stir and mix on Low heat until the sugar dissolves completely (do not bring to a boil)
- 3
Add the gelatin once sugar has dissolved
- 4
Mix for a minute and take off heat immediately (if using agar agar, make sure it’s completely dissolved)
- 5
Transfer the mixture into desired moulds to be used for setting the jelly
- 6
Let cool completely
- 7
Refrigerate for 4-6 hours or till the Jelly is set completely
- 8
Serve chilled and enjoy!!

My tip: I like the jelly sweet and sour. You may choose to add more sugar if you prefer a sweeter jelly.
