Ingredients

6-7 servings
  1. 1 bunchMint leaves (Pudina)
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 2-3Green chilli
  4. 3-4tbspCurd
  5. 2-3 tbspBengal gram (chana deal)soaked
  6. 2-3tspLemon juice
  7. 1 tspSugar

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    First pluck the leaves from stem then wash thoroughly.. No dust particle may remain

    Blend all the ingredients in a mixer including salt.. Add curd and give a little blend more

  3. 3

    Transfer in a clean bowl

    Tip ; you can add tomato or raw mango at the place of curd and raw peanuts for extra nutty flavour
