Ingredients

25 minutes
4 servings
  • 3Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 100 grambeans chopped
  • 2 tbspPoppy seed paste (coarsely grinded)
  • 3green chillies chopped
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • As neededmustard oil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and add Potato fry

  2. 2

    Add beans fry till the moisture dries up

  3. 3

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it become soft

  4. 4

    Add poppy seeds paste when it becomes soft

  5. 5

    Add sugar and mix

  6. 6

    Serve hot with steaming rice
