Steam the arum and drain the water to ensure it wont be itching for your mouth

Now heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf red chilli

Add Potatoes saute well adding arum

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover

Add ginger paste saute well

Add cumin coriander powder and red chilli Powder

Saute well till oil is released

Add water and simmer till the Potatoes and arum are soft

Add sugar and tamarind paste mix well
- 10
Serve it with rice
