Steps

Soak the rice 2-3 hrs before cooking.

Grind it coarsely and keep aside

Now boil the milk well and keep 1 cup milk aside

As the milk gets a little thick add the rice and stir briskly to avoid lumps and also sticking at the bottom

In the mean time dissolve the gur and khoya kheer into the warm cup of milk kept Side earlier

Now as the rice gets cooked add the gur and khoya soaked milk

Mix well and add sugar if needed

Switch off the flame and cool it down

Serve it chilled.
