Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 piecelemon
  2. 2 tbspSugar
  3. 1 tspBlack Salt
  4. 1/2 cupCrushed ice
  5. 1 cupCold Water
  6. Mint leaves for flavour and decoration

Steps

  1. 1

    Take 1 lemon, squeeze it and pour the juice in 2 glasses.

  2. 2

    Take some crushed ice and add in glasses

  3. 3

    Add 1 tbs sugar to each glass

  4. 4

    Add black salt 1/4 ts to each glass

  5. 5

    Add water and mix well

  6. 6

    Cut a piece of lemon and decorate the glass

  7. 7

    Put mint leaves

  8. 8

    Shikanji is ready to serve.
