Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupoats
  • 1 cupsuji
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1onion
  • 1/2 cupboiled peas
  • 1carrot
  • 1green chilli
  • pinchbaking soda
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • to tastesalt
  • as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast the oats.

  2. 2

    Add oats,semolina,chopped onion,grated carrot,peas,curd,chat masala and salt in a mixing bowl.

  3. 3

    Keep aside for 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add baking soda and mix well.

  5. 5

    Grease oil on non stick tawa pour this batter and shallow fry from both side.

  6. 6

    Serve with tomato sauce.
