  2. 1carrot
  3. 1 tspoil
  4. 2eggs (scrambled)
  5. Cheese (diced)
  6. to tastesalt and pepper
  7. handfulspinach leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the carrot into sticks.

  2. 2

    In a pan add 1 tsp oil and stir fry the carrots

  3. 3

    Add the rice, spinach leaves, scrambled eggs to the pan and stir gently

  4. 4

    Add cheese, salt and pepper to taste and stir well

  5. 5

    Ready to be eaten
