Steps

First half ghee in a pan and roast suji till a nice aroma comes.

Then take out suji and in the same pan put leftover ghee and cook beetroot.

Keep stirring and cooking on low flame till it shrinks and realeases water.will take 10 minutes.

Now in another pan put water and sugar and heat till it mix properly.

Now in the beetroot mix suji and cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.

Now put water and sugar mixture in suji and beetroot mix.

Keep stirring and cooking until all water is absorbed will take 5 minutes.

Garnish with dry fruits.
