Steps

Take finely chopped onions, heat oil in a kadai and put onions, cook on lie heat until becomes light brown

Then add ginger green chillies paste, then take chopped capsicum, add capsicum and garlic paste and mix well, cook further for 5 minutes

On the other side boil peas, take red chilli, dhaniya and haldi powder, and add them to the mixture

Then take chopped tomatoes and grind them in a mixer grinder, add them to the mixture and mix well, cook until the moisture evaporates

Then take mashed potatoes and add them too and mix well, add little water
- 6
Now mix pav bhaji masala with little water and add it to the bhaji, mix nicely and add boiled peas

Mix them well and cook further for five minutes, in the end add chopped coriander
- 8
Take out ready bhaji in a bowl, serve it with toasted pav, chopped onions, green chilli and lemon slice, garnish with coriander leaves and roasted kaju, put butter on top of the bhaji
