  • 1 kgHake fillet
  • 1 cupflour
  • 1 tspspice for fish /mixed herbs spice
  • 1 tsparomat
  • 3eggs, beaten
  • A bit of oil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Clean fish thoroughly, heat oil in a large pan

  2. 2

    In a separate bowl pour in the eggs and in another bowl pour in the flour and spices

  3. 3

    Dip fish into the eggs the into the flour mixture and fry on a medium heat until golden brown
