In a bowl mix dessicated coconut, flour, and baking powder.

In another bowl cream sugar with butter until pale.

Add in one egg and mix until well combined.

Then add in the dry ingredients. Mix well. Grease the baking tin.

Divide the butter into small balls and place in a baking tin.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

Allow to cool

Then eat.
