Homemade Bread
I love this bread particularly for breakfast.
Steps

Mix salt, sugar and yeast in warm water.

Add milk to the mixture.

Add butter and mix till its well combined.

Add flour and knead with hand to for a dough cover and allow to rest for 1hour.

Knead again and roll into a circle, cut the circle into four equal halfs fold each piece and place in a baking pan and allow to rise for 20minutes.

Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes.

Serve with tea or coffee.
