1 cupvegetable oil
Sweet potatoes
onions chopped
1 teaspoondry pepper
1 cubemaggi

Peel sweet potatoes,wash and slice to any size.Pour the vegetable oil in a pan allow to hot, then pour the sliced sweet potatoes and fry.

Continue to stir until color changes then pack in a plate.

Break egg and beat then add maggi,onion mix.

Reduce oil to 1 tablespoon vegetable oil then pour the egg after 1 min flip the other side to cook.Then serve.
