Rice Pudding

Rice pudding, a classic recipe that's absolutely delicious. I can vouch for it—I couldn't even wait to take a photo. Sometimes you just need to treat yourself! And what better way than with a homemade dessert!

Rice pudding, a classic recipe that's absolutely delicious. I can vouch for it—I couldn't even wait to take a photo. Sometimes you just need to treat yourself! And what better way than with a homemade dessert!
Steps
- 1
Heat the milk with the cinnamon stick in a large pot.
- 2
Rinse the rice with water to remove excess starch, drain it, and add it to the pot once the milk comes to a boil.
- 3
Cook over low heat for 1 hour.
- 4
Very important! Stir occasionally so it doesn't stick. Add the sugar.
- 5
Transfer the rice pudding to the dish you’ll serve it in. Remove the cinnamon stick. If you like it thinner, add more milk until it reaches your desired consistency. You can sprinkle ground cinnamon on top. I like to eat it warm.
