Place the yoghurt in a muslin cloth over a sieve on a cup and allow excess water to drain for about 20 minutes

Peel and roughly chop the mango. Slightly blend to a very thick consistency

Add in the yoghurt and slightly mix

Serve in a dessert cup and garnish with the cardamom seeds and Some mango cubes
