Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 500 gramparwal
  2. 1 cupcoconut milk
  3. 1 cupdesiccated coconut
  4. 1/4 cupcashew-raisins paste
  5. 1 tspginger paste
  6. 1 tsptomato sauce
  7. 1 tbspcurd
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1 tspshahi jeera
  11. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  12. To tastesalt and sugar
  13. As neededoil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and fry the parwal adding salt and turmeric powder and keep aside

  2. 2

    Now temper jeera

  3. 3

    Add ginger paste and saute well till the raw smell disappears

  4. 4

    Add coconut, cashew raisins paste and red chilli powder and saute

  5. 5

    Add tomato sauce and mix well

  6. 6

    Mix sugar and pour coconut milk

  7. 7

    Garnish it with curd and garam masala powder
