Steps

Firstly, prepare chenna by cuddling milk.

Drain out completely.Hang for 30minutes.

Take a pan add water, sugar and cardamom pods boil sugar syrup.

Take a bowl add khoya, powdered sugar mix well keep aside.

After hanging knead the paneer for 8-10 minutes.

Add maida or corn flour combine well.

Divide paneer mixture into 4 portions add food colour mix well.

Make small oval balls of colourfull paneer mixture.

Boil for 15 minutes in sugar syrup.

Then keep aside till it cools completely.

Slit in between and stuff sweetened khoya.

Roll them in desiccated coconut.

And garnish with dryfruits of your choice.

Serve chum chum immediately or store in refrigerator.
