In a big bowl put Maida ghee salt and warm water to make a dough add black pepper powder and Ajwain also

Not too much soft dough

In a small bowl take a Maida and ghee make a paste keep it aside

Left the dough for 1/2an hour and cover it with wet cloth

Take a dough and divide into 5equal parts

Then make a chapati like circle from dough and keep it side

Then take a chapati and spread the ghee and Maida wala paste all over the chapati well in each one

Then ek ke uppar ek rakhtey jaye

Then make a role from that and cut it into small pieces

Phir sey gola banakar halke hand sey press Karein

Phir rolling pin Ki help sey puri size Ka bana le

Phir heat Theoil and deep fry the mathri in low flame

Serve it hot with achar or tea
