Steps

Cut dry figs into small pieces and soak it in water and keep it for 3 hours. Add the same water so that figs absorbs all the water.

After 3 hours, put the figs into a grinder jar and grind it.

Roast all dry fruits on a low flame in a non stick pan for 1 to 2 minutes

Roast all the Seeds on low flame on gas in a non stick pan.

When dry fruits cool down, keep it in a grinder jar and grind it.Keep in mind that it is not too thin. Keep it a bit thick.

Remove the ground figs in a large vessel.Put powdered dried fruits in it. Put roasted flaxseed,pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds in it and mix it well with hand.

Put this mixture in modak mold and prepare the Modak from it.

Remove the modak in the plate and Garnish it with dry fruits and roasted seeds.
