Dal Puri is one of the most simple Indian breads, which can be prepared in just a few minutes.
Steps

Take a pan and add one cup water. Add the dal and cook covered for 10 minutes or till the dal is slightly cooked but not mushy. Take a large bowl and add moong dal after draining out the water.

Add red chill, green chilli,salt, garam masala, coriander leaves in it

Grind them into a thick smooth paste. If you want to accentuate the taste of this recipe, then replace regular refined oil with Ghee, this will add on to the aroma and make the dish more flavoursome.

Take a bowl and add some salt,ghee & all purpose flour. Now add water to make dough. Rest for 5 minutes.

Make small balls out of the dough and add a spoonful of the prepared mixture. Roll into puris. heat oil in a pan over medium flame and deep fry the puris. Remove the excess oil and serve hot.
