Ingredients

serves 2 servin
  • 1 packetchings hakka noodles
  • 1onion cut into thin slices
  • 1carrot cut into thin slices
  • 1capsicum cut into thin slices
  • 1/2 cupCabbage cut into thin slices
  • 5-6garlic finely chopped
  • 2 tbspsoya sauce
  • 1 tbsp green chilli sauce
  • 1 tbspred chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsptomato ketchup
  • 1/2 cupspring onion
  • as neededOil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly boil noodles as per instructions in the packet

  2. 2

    Heat oil in work, add garlic and dein onion and saute till onion become translucent

  3. 3

    Dein add cabbage, carrot and capsicum and saute for 5 mins. All these to be done on high flame

  4. 4

    Put all sauces, salt to taste to the vegetables and mix well

  5. 5

    Add boiled noodles and mix it well.

  6. 6

    Add chopped spring onion to it and saute for some more tome

  7. 7

    Your tasty noodles is ready to eat. Serve it with manchurian or chilli paneer or soya chilli. Will be sharing receipe be of soya chilli soon...
