Steps

First boil the potato. Take out from pressure cooker and smash them. Green vegetables cut into small pieces. Take a pan and add some oil. When oil is heat, put vegetables into pan for 5 minutes. Add smashed potato into them and add salt and turmeric powder & chilli powder.add chat masala powder to taste.

In a bowl take 2 spoon of corn powder add little amount of water, make a thin paste. Take two slice of bread and grind them put into a bowl.

Now take small piece smashed potato into hand and rolled them into small piece.

Take one rolled piece and put them into corn powder thin paste. Again take out from here and roll them over grinded bread. A layer will stick on the potato and keep them into plate. Do the same process with all cutlet.

Take one kadahi and add refine oil. When oil heat, put the veg cutlet into them and cook upto colour turn to brown.

Take out mix Veg paneer cutlet in a plate and serve with chilli sauce, tomato sauce and salad.
