For tikkiya mashed potatoes and add rice powder and arraroth in it

Add red chilli powder, salt, kaala Namak, green chilli pieces, coriander leaves, coriander powder and bread crumbs then mix them well

Make round bolls from it and press them lightly to give tikkiya shape.

Now shallow fry them in a frying pan.

For Chola :boil the cholas in cooker.

Take another pan, pour oil in it and put it on the medium flam.

Now when the oil is heated add onion puree, when it becomes golden brown add tomato puree in it now add 1 teaspoon chaat masala and red chilli powder and sault to it. Chola curry is ready

For garnishing put tikkis on the plate now pour Chola curry on it then add curd on it and then green chutani and tamarind chutney on it, spread some onion pieces and jeera powder on it.

Your tikkiya chaat is ready to serve.
