300 gmPaneer
100 gmCapsicum diced
1 tspGinger garlic paste
1Onion diced
2 tbspTomato sauce
to tasteSalt
1 tspsugar
2-3 tbspCorn flour
1 tbspAll purpose flour
1 tspBlack pepper
1Green chilli
as neededOil

Make a smooth batter from all purpose flour..and corn flour salt...mix paneer and fry

Take a pan heat oil....saute ginger garlic..onion and capsicum...saute on high flame...sugar..black pepper...tomato sauce...paneer mix it cook for 3 minutes...
