Steamed hotdog on sliced bread with tomato and dill pickle. I remember back in the day that I wanted a pickle sandwich, tomato sandwich, and a hotdog so I put all these together. Tomato Sandwich has mayonnaise, pickle sandwich had mustard, and Hotdogs go with anything. So I came up with this sandwich but never named it. So I named it today.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 poundhotdogs, 4 of them
  • 4 sliceswhite bread any will do
  • 1large kosher pickle
  • 1medium Roma tomato
  • 4 teaspoonyellow prepared mustard
  • 4 teaspoonHeinz Tomato Ketchup
  • 4 teaspoonmayonnaise
  • To tastesalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Take four hotdogs and put on a pan. Add 1/4 cup of the juices in the hotdog pack if none add water. Cover and steam.

    Cut the tomato into thin wedges and the pickle the same way. Add all the condiments to the slices of bread.

    Then add salt and pepper to taste.
