Stuffing #Take 4 boiled mash potato.Now heat frying pan and add 2 spoon oil..add the spices and vegetables then fry it. Mix Stuffing is ready.

Heat 2 cup water, 1/4 spoon ajwain,1/2 tsp salt,1 tsp oil. Add sooji to water stir until it becomes thik.Allow to cool down the dough. Heat oil to the cooking pan.Make small parts of dough of sooji and flatten of the center to place some stuffing in the flatten space and lift from all sides for dosing the stuffing roll again and press the kachori. make it some shape and fry it.Fry until the kachori turn golden brown in colour.Then surve it with Red...Green... chutney.
