Get clean trotters from Market,wash well

Keep ingredients ready

Add oil in pressure cooker, heat add onions

Now add ginger garlic paste and fried onions too,Saute

To this now add Trotters, red chilli powder Masala,garam masala.

Add Shaan Masala now

Mix well

Add at least 1 litre water put to cook in pressure cooker

Cook for 30-45. Minutes on slow or until 10-12 whistles

Stir well,add a slurry of wheat flour

Cook open 10 minutes
