First of all strain the gravy from rajma with the help of a strainer

Roast all the spices on tawa and grind
- 3
Mash rajma and put all the ingredients,spices,herbs & roasted gram flour

Make flat roundles(tikki) of the mixture by taking a drop of oil on yo'r palm
- 5
Shallow fry the tikkies on a flat surface pan or tawa
- 6
Make a salad with hung curd, chopped onion, tomato and by adding little bit of salt & red chilli powder
- 7
Arrange the shallow fried tikkies on a plate, top up with hung curd salad
- 8
For extra freshness garnish with a mint leaf on the top

Yo'r glouti kabab with rajma (left over) is ready

Serve hot immediately
