Ingredients

  • 4rotis
  • 2 tablespoonsMilk Powder
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1/4 teaspoonCardamom powder
  • 3-4 tbspPure ghee
  • 1 tbspFinely chopped dry fruits
  • 2 cupsSugar
  • To fry ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Break the rotis into small pieces and put them in a plate.
    By that time we will make syrup, add 1 cup of 2 cups of sugar to it and cook it and make 1 teaspoon syrup, and keep it for cold
    add rotis put them in the mixer and grind them fine, and make powder
    Now put it in a plate and mix well with cardamom powder and milk powder.

    Now add milk to it slowly and mix it and make soft dough.
    Now put ghee in your hand and will break a little bit of the dough and make a ladoo (round) shape. Now it will flatten it, keep some chopped dry fruits in the middle, then turning off the four sides will make the ball back. Similarly, make all the balls.

  3. 3

    Heat the ghee in a rigid heat, pour the spots in the hot ghee and then make the flame slow and the rose will till the bamboo brown, then remove it from the ghee and put it in the syrup directly.
    Put the rose bamboo in the syrup for 2 hours, so that you drink the syrup well. Your delicious roses of bun is ready.
