Steps

First in a bowl mix flour, add curd, salt,oil, sugar, baking powder and baking soda. Mix them well with water. Leave it for four hours.

Knead with hands, adding little bit of the wet mixture till everything looks well incorporated and until you get a smooth dough

Use oil to knead into a fine textured dough

Take a rolling pin and roll out circular naans
- 5
Take a tawa and bring it to high flame
- 6
Sprinkle water on one side of the rolled naan and place it on the tawa with the wet side touching the Tawa
- 7
Heat the naan and cook it until it rise and becomes fluffy.

Garnish it with ghee or butter and serve hot.
