Add tomatoes in boiling water for 10 seconds

Put tomatoes in chilled water and peel them and then chop the tomatoes

Put olive oil, salt, and penne to boiling water for 8-10 minutes.

Add olive oil in a pan and fry garlic cloves for 5 seconds. Add chilli flakes to pan and then add chopped tomatoes. Fry it for a little time and add veggies to it

Add boilied penne to the gravy and mix it well

The penne arrabiata is ready to be served with pamerasan cheese and oregano
