Ingredients

  1. 400 gmsmilkmaid
  2. 400 gmswater
  3. 4eggs
  4. 4 tbspsugar
  5. 1/2 tspvanilla essence

  1. 1

    Add 4 eggs in the mixture and grind it. Then add 400 gms milkmaid and 400 gms water in it and grind it thoroughly till the the mixture is frothy.

    Now take 4 tbsp sugar in the pan and cook it in a law flame to make caramel. Now add caramel in the mould and add milk mixture on the caramel.

    Now steam the pudding for 30 minutes. Then take out the mould and cool it to room temperature.

    Then place it in the refrigerator.

    Once it cool down take out and serve it on the plate upside down.
