Ingredients

1 lbbreakfast sausage
1 lbpotatoes
1onion
3garlic cloves minced
1 bunchkale cut into 1 in pieces
1 cupcream
2 tbspflour
to tastesalt and pepper
dill

Steps

Heat pan over medium heat and brown the sausage.

Add in onion and garlic.

Add to slow cooker. Top with potatoes and dill then cover with stock

Cover and cook on high for 4 hours

Whisk cream and flour together and add to soup
6

Add kale and cook for 30 more min until soup has thickened slightly
