Panchmel Dal

Rajasthani panchmel dal is a combination of 5 different Dal's.
Steps

Take all the Dal's in equal proportion.wash properly.

In a cooker take sufficient water, Dal's, turmeric Powder and little oil and take 4-5 whistle

In a kadai add oil and ghee cummin seeds, chopped onion and cook till light golden brown
- 4
Now add ginger gaic paste, chopped tomatoes, cummin Powder, salt,coriander Powder, chilli Powder little coriander and mix Cook till tomatoes cooks well

When the sides start leaving oil add cooked and little mashed dal in the kadai.

Mix and let it boil.

In another pan take little ghee add cummin, mustard, garlic cloves, curry leaves and give tadka add this to boiled dal.

Serve hot with rice.
