Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupAll purpose flour
  2. 2 tspsugar
  3. 3/4 tspinstant yeast
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 2 tbspoil
  6. 1 tbspchopped garlic/ garlic powder
  7. 1 tspchilli flakes
  8. 1/2 cupcorn
  9. 1/2 cupgrated pizza cheese
  10. 1/2 cupwarm water
  11. Dried oregano and italian seasoning

Steps

    Add sugar and yeast to warm water and let it sit for 10 min. Now add salt and some chilli flakes(or you can use black pepper too here) to the flour. Add developed yeast water to it and knead it for 4-5 min. Add oil and knead to make a soft dough.Put this dough in a big airtight container and let it rest for an hour. The dough will be doubled up in size. Now take the dough out and punch it again to remove all air bubbles. Divide the dough in two parts.

    Roll one part and then make a thick roti out of it with help of a rolling pin or you can use your hands as well. Can dust some flour on it if it sticks. Now spread half of grated cheese on half part of it (leave the edges).spread half of corns, sprinkle oregano,seasoning, garlic and chilli flakes over cheese. You can season it according to your taste. Now apply water on edged and fold it in a semi circle shape. Seal it properly. Brush some oil on top and sprinkle oregano and garlic pwr.

    Make cuts on top layer with a sharp knife carefully. Do not cut till bottom of loaf, just make cuts on top layer.Repeat the process for the second loaf. Bake this in a preheated oven at 230degree C till the top layer turns golden brown.
