Remove the skin,

Cut onion in small pieces,crushed garlic

Now put oil in the pan,add jeera,add crushed garlic

Fry,when it becomes red in colour add onion slices fry add termaric and chilli powder add eggs keep stir

Now add tomato pieces add ginger paste add coriander-jeera powder keep stir add garam masala powder add whole wheat flour 2 teaspoons

Because of making gravy thickens add water as required

Boil in full flame after that low the flame rest for five minutes
