Steps

In a grinder Make fine paste of soya beans.

Make fine paste of soya chunks

In a big bowl mix the both thick paste add salt. Make Dough with help of all purpose flour.

Make equal balls and roll it and cut equal strips.

Don't use small strips only long strips use to overlap on ice cream sticks.

In a large vessel boil 2 litres water and boil these soya lollipop. For 10 to 15 minutes

It will float when it cook

Immediately place these lollipops in cold water

Your soya chaps are ready. Use it in your favourite curry or make tikka or any kind of snacks you like.
