Mix sugar and water...make sugar syrup till sugar melted.

Mix all ingredients well..

For Apple malpua....cut Apple in the ring

Cut the middle portion....and dip into batter.

Deep fry into ghee.

Till it become golden brown.

Put immedietly in sugar syrup.

Till it absorb the syrup.

Put it in the serving plate and garnish with dryfruits....

Serve with rabdi if u like...
