1 bunchmethi washed and chopped
1large Potato cut into small pieces
2-3 clovesgarlic chopped
1 tspnigella seeds
2-3green chillies chopped
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper nigella seeds, green chillies and garlic cloves
2

Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
3

Add the methi and mix
4

Cover till it gets soft
5

Add sugar and fry
6

Serve it with rice
