Whenever I make any pulses or dal these 3 things are mandatory for me
1. I don't boil the pulses then add to the tadaka. I 1st prepare the tadka & add the soaked dal & then pressure cook it.
2. Always use ghee fr tadka
3. After pressure cooking let it cook on a slow flame fr 10 min. - 2
Soak rajma overnite.

In a pan heat ghee add hing & jeera. Add grinded onions cook till they are light brown.

Add ginger & garlic paste. Add tomatoes(grind) red chilli powder, garam masala powder, jeera powder, salt & cook till it's all dry.

To this mixture add soaked (overnight) rajma. Add water & pressure cook.

Remove the lid. Check the seasoning, add coriander leaves & 1 tbsp butter & let it cook on slow fr 10- 15 minutes
