Place the ground beef and the onion pulp (without the juice) in a bowl.

Add the beef fat and the rest of the ingredients except for the onion juice, olive oil, and corn oil.

Knead the mixture well for about 15 minutes until it becomes firm and well combined.

In a separate dish, mix the onion juice, olive oil, and corn oil.

Shape the kofta into logs, moistening your hands with the onion juice mixture as you go.

Drizzle any remaining onion juice mixture over the kofta logs on the baking tray.

Place the kofta in the oven and turn on the oven and broiler. Watch carefully and cook until browned as shown in the next photo.

Serve with pasta, salad, and tahini salad. Enjoy!
