  • 6fish fillets
  • 2lemons (juice)
  • Plenty of cilantro
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 1/2 cupsour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Season the fillets with salt and pepper, and marinate with lemon juice and olive oil. Refrigerate while preparing the sauce.

  2. 2

    For the sauce, blend the juice of one lemon, 1/4 cup olive oil, sour cream, cilantro, salt, and pepper.

  3. 3

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Sear the fillets in a hot pan with olive oil. Remove and place in a baking dish. Pour the sauce over and bake for 20 minutes.

  4. 4

    Remove from the oven and serve with a side dish. I made lemon green beans, which were perfect for this dish.
