For the steamed balls - Mix all the balls ingredients well and small balls. Steam cook for 4 minutes in steamer.

At the same time on other gas stove heat a wok.

Dry roast garlic and onion and add vegetable stock.

Add red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, tomato ketchup sugar, salt and white pepper to taste and boil.

Now add wheat flour slurry and cook for a minute. Add steamed Vegetable balls to the sauce.

Garnish with sauted vegetables and chopped nuts Almonds or peanuts
