Soak all the ingredients well except eno salt

Left it for 1hour

Boil the water in Idli stand or any thing

Grease the mould or plate

Mix the batter well add eno salt in batter and mix it well like a Idli consistency

Pour it in mould and sprinkle some red chilli powder

Steam it for 15mints

Then put a pan add oil then mustard seed heeng curry leaves and green chilli

When it comes cool then pour the tempering in it

Serve it with chutney or ketchup and tea
