10-15 minutes

serves 4-6 serv

1 cupblack channa (soaked overnight)
2-4Green chillies
to tasteSalt according
1 tspGaram masala
1Onion finely chopped
1 tspCoriander powder
2 tspFresh green coriander
1/2 tspRed chillies
Oil for saute

Drain the water from chanaand grind finely in grinder.

Mix all the spices in this, chopped coriander, chillies, onions.

Make small kebabs with this mixture.you can give any shape to these.

Sauté in hot oil in a non stick pan in a medium flame so that they are cooked properly.
