  • 1/2 cupmoong dhuli dal
  • 1/2 cupurad dhuli dal
  • 1/2 cupchana dal
  • 10curry leaves
  • 1 tspfennel seeds
  • 1red chilli whole
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 pinchasafotida
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • to tasteSalt

    Add all ingredients in a mixer

    Make a paste

  3. 3

    No need for fermentation

  4. 4

    Heat a non stick tava

  5. 5

    Sprinkle some water

  6. 6

    Wipe with a cotton cloth or tissue paper

    Make dosa

  8. 8

    Sprinkle some oil on the sides

  9. 9

    When became golden brown turn other side

  10. 10

    Sprinkle some more oil

  11. 11

    When became golden brown

  12. 12

    Remove from the tava

  13. 13

    Serve with aloo masala coconut chutney
