Blend the chana in a mixerwith very little water till smooth

Transfer the pastein a bowl and add cornflour, ginger garlic paste, green chilli, coriander powder,chilli powder chat masala, amchoor and salt to taste

Mix all ingredients well, divide the mixture in to equal parts,and give desired flat shape

Then coat the cutlet in Soyabadi crumbs all over
- 5
Shallow fry all cutlets till golden brown.
- 6
Serve black chana cutlets with sauce or chutney
