Cofta balls - combine grated lauki chick pea flour haldi, salt,red chilli powder, pepper and garam masala powder. Mix gently. Make small balls and fry them in hot oil. Keep aside.

For gravy- heat a pan. put 1 /2 cup Oil. Sputter mustard seeds and Jeera. Add Hing, bay leaf, dry red chilli, whole cardmon, clove and cinnamon.

Combine chopped onion. When onion became brown add gram powder. Stir constantly. 2 minute later add ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,haldi chopped tomatoes and curd. Stir constantly till the oil is separated. Add 2 cup of water. Boil it and stir occasionally. Add salt and pepper. Check the seasoning. Adjust the seasoning if needed. 4 -5 minutes later swith off the flame. Mix garam masala and chopped coriander.

Serve with chawal, roti,paratha or whatever you want.
