Take the flour and mix oil and salt in it properly. Add warm water continuously and make a smooth dough, cover the dough with a moist cloth. Let rest.

Make the balls and roll out each ball into a chapati, place the tortilla on a heated griddle and cook lightly from both sides, till you get a light brown color, take it off the griddle and keep the tortillas wrapped in foil.
